Editorial policy
Stellar Cricket Review aims to make cricket clearer without making it smaller. We write with care, distinguish explanation from opinion, and correct errors openly when readers or editors find them.
Accuracy and context
We check the wording and context of laws and cricket terms before publication, and make clear when a point concerns one format or situation rather than the game as a whole. Where an explanation depends on a particular interpretation, we say so. We do not present invented examples as real events.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers and their fit with the publication. A commercial relationship does not buy a favourable review or determine an editorial conclusion. We aim to explain the basis for our views and avoid overstating what an article can establish.
Corrections
If you notice a factual error or unclear explanation, contact us through the Contact page and identify the article and passage. We review correction requests, update material errors and make the change clear where appropriate. We do not silently preserve a known mistake.
Partners and illustrations
Paid, gifted or otherwise partner-supported material is clearly labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Partner links and placements are identified as commercial. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where used, they are treated as illustrations rather than documentary evidence.
